Today we are happy to announce two new co-investors in Mentimeter, Creades and Nordstjernan Growth, as the company has completed a private placement of approximately SEK 432 million where A&D participated.
Mentimeter is a fast-growing, global software platform that creates engagement among audiences during meetings and presentations with interactive presentation elements, so-called Audience Engagement. The Company’s platform changes traditional linear communication into engaging interaction with tools developed for all stages of a presentation or a meeting, whether it is preparing, engaging during or following up after.
The company was founded in 2012 with the ambition to fundamentally change corporate and education culture from talking to listening. Since then, it has grown rapidly, achieving an annual recurring revenue of more than SEK 281 million per Q4 2021. The Company has a strong cash flow profile and has thus far self-financed its growth journey.
