Today we are proud to announce Ampli Ventures, a new investment company, co-founded and backed by A&D, focused on investing in and supporting early stage software-as-a-service (SaaS) companies.
Ampli was born out of a passion for working with early-stage SaaS businesses and helping them with hands-on expertise and was founded by Adrian Iredahl and Hannah Meiton. After years of working alongside in companies such as Mentimeter, Ftrack, Kognity and All Ears we are now formalising our partnership and mutual interest in SaaS. Over the next 2-3 years, Ampli aims to invest in 8-12 companies with equity tickets around €1-5m each.
Hannah has extensive operational experience from tech startups and SaaS businesses such as Soundtrack Your Brand, iZettle and Meltwater. She is also an active board member across multiple SaaS businesses. Adrian has spent the last years advising leading technology companies and investors on acquisitions, growth and value creation at management consulting company Bain & Company, and has previously worked at Alfvén & Didrikson.
